Is your iPad battery draining too quickly or not holding a charge? Try restarting it first.

If your iPad won't hold a charge, be sure to come on in to The Apple Core or make an appointment with a Guru. 

The Apple Core may run diagnostic tests on your iPad to determine if the battery is defective. If your iPad has been damaged accidentally or needs other repairs, you may need to pay additional fees for service.

How long will it take? 

All models of iPads take one business day to fully repair. 

What does battery service cost?

Your AppleCore+ warranty includes replacement coverage for a defective battery, and there is no charge if your iPad is covered under a warranty. You can check your coverage by calling The Apple Core at (941) 320-0673.
